Stauning Høst is a tribute to the Danish fields and the grain's journey from soil to glass. It is made from malted rye and barley, distilled over an open fire and aged in first-fill bourbon barrels. The taste is round, smooth and slightly spicy with notes of vanilla, honey, ripe apples and a touch of grain and wood. An inviting whisky with warmth and balance.
