Whiskey

Whiskey is a noble alcoholic drink made from grains, typically barley, but also other grains. To obtain the designation whisky, the drink must have an alcohol content of at least 40% and mature for a minimum of three years. Whiskey comes in several varieties, such as single cask, single malt, blended and grain.

Each type has its unique production method, with single malt coming from one distillery, while blended whiskey combines products from several distilleries. Scotland and Ireland are particularly known for their whiskey production.
